Colin Toms & Partners led a consortium to carry out structural, geotechnical
and topographical surveys of marine structures in sixteen areas including
ports, harbours and bays.

The aim of the contract was to provide comprehensive data on the condition
of structures to enable Malta Maritime Authority to plan future development.
Colin Toms & Partners additionally designed repair solutions and new
breakwaters at a number of sites.
