Colin Toms & Partners are the civil and structural engineers designing a new
residential scheme in Islington which will provide 136 flats in three, four and
five storey blocks arranged around a central courtyard.

The scheme is required to obtain an excellent Eco Homes rating which has
required the introduction of water retention systems, brown roofs and
a centralised biomass boiler.
