Flood risk assessments are required for most developments located in
areas susceptible to flooding and some large projects outside flood zones.

We work closely with the Environment Agency and Planning Authorities to
identify and assess the risks associated with flooding both on and off site.
Colin Toms & Partners have also carried out flood compensation designs
including attenuation and creation of swales and wetlands.
