Colin Toms & Partners design highway alignment and engineering design
for new road junctions and improvements. We are an approved designer
for highway works by Kent County Council.
We also provide services in respect of Section 278 agreements, technical
assessment, road safety audits and approval with the local authority. Most
highway projects include some element of highway structures including
retaining walls, culverts and bridges and we undertake the necessary
Highway Authority approval procedures.
